Our products and production's site both comply the standard food safety program of the Victoria State Government - Department of Health and Human Services
Keep the product in its intact packaging in the fridge at a temperature of 4°C till when used/consumed.
If correctly stored, the product's shelf-life is 2 weeks from production’s day (please refer to the label on the product).
Alternatively, the product can be frozen and kept in the freezer at -15°C or colder.
If frozen and correctly stored, the product's shelf-life extends to 3 months. Do not freeze again the product once unfrozen.

To submit your order, you will be required to pay a NOT-refundable deposit.
Payment of the balance is exclusively COD (cash or credit/debit card).
Products are priced by the weight (from $35 to $37 per Kg depending on cut size).
You will be invoiced according to the weight of your product. Please refer to the weight stated on the label.
You can cancel your order within 24 hrs from the submission, but you will lose the deposit.
